We just needed the place for one night because we extended our stay after leaving a different location. Jeff made it so easy and seamless. The property was so cute and comfortable. We had everything that we needed and I wish we had stayed here for our entire stay instead of just one night!

We had a wonderful stay and the home and amenities exceeded our expectation. The location was great and the option to rent the golf cart and bikes with the home was so convenient! We had 5 people total but could have easily fit another family to enjoy the fun! Jeff was excellent and he even gave us some awesome restaurant options. To park the golf cart near the beach access I recommend #18 public access-more parking and it is a ramp up and down to the beach so nice! If you choose to walk the beach is 5 minutes away. Loved everything! 😎

We enjoyed our stay so much! The hosts are wonderful and we had a great time. Location is awesome and there are so many great places to eat and go near the house. We will be back!

Kathy’s place was amazing! Super peaceful and a beautiful drive up to the cabin. The bar down the road was the place to be! Everything was exactly as described, would definitely stay again!

Jeff’s place is amazing. The house is so cute and has lots of luxury finishes. The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil you could possibly want and a great coffee pot and other appliances. The backyard was private and so comfortable, I actually worked from the outside table for a few days. Internet was very fast. Best yet, the beach access is a 0.4 mile walk away and it’s a gorgeous beach. Lots of great restaurants that you can walk to that have live music and excellent food. Loved it - wished we had stayed longer and we definitely plan to come back. Jeff was a great host, super helpful and took care of everything for us. We didn’t use the golf cart but it looked like a fun addition!! The fenced yard was great for our dog.

Great communication with Jeff! (Property manager) helped us before and during our visit, we would definitely recommend any property he manages! Our condo was fantastic, wonderful accommodations! View was amazing!

Our stay was excellent. The place was clean, well-organized, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything was beautiful, and the location is perfect—very close to everything, which made our visit even more convenient. Chris was extremely helpful throughout our stay, always attentive and available whenever we needed anything. My teenagers had an amazing time and truly enjoyed every moment. Overall, we had an incredible experience and can’t wait to come back. We highly recommend it.

This is a quality built home in a hidden gem of a location in Old Seagrove Beach! If you want easy access and to walk to Seaside, this is it!

We stayed two nights and it has everything we needed. It was the perfect size and had plenty of space. The entire house from top to bottom was incredible and cleaned so well. Jason was incredibly fast to respond, helpful and we had no issues whatsoever. We look forward to booking here again in the future!
